Take a link apart: where it actually goes, which tracking parameters it carries, and how to clean it safely.

Notes

Tracking parameters (utm_*, gclid, fbclid…) only serve marketing attribution; removing them does not change the content.
Parameter values are percent-decoded; readable Chinese means the encoding is UTF-8.
This only parses the string — it never visits the address.
